    Loyalty Windows Ltd is a family run business. Grant, the owner, having gained over 30 years of experience within the industry is who you will meet on first appointment through to survey, installation and any after care needed. Jenny looks after the admin, including the bookings of appointments. Ellie, who looks after the company website and I.T. and Josh, who will be joining his Dad on site in the foreseeable future.
    Grant left school and went straight into one of the largest double-glazing companies, along the way gaining qualifications and a wealth of knowledge and experience. After serving eight years with the company he then was asked to represent them in the commercial sector of the industry. Grant always had the ambition to set up his own business with the experience achieved and to set out with the name of Loyalty Windows to do the very best he could for his customers. If you wondered on the name Loyalty Windows, after seeing years of bad customer after care service, it was one of the main factors to have within the company going forward that the customer comes first before, during and after service provided.
    We pride ourselves on installing top quality Upvc and Aluminium products. Taking a lot of time and care on first appointment meeting his customers to make sure on choosing window and door designs that are in keeping with the character with the property.
