    About Us

    The Vaughan family have run a business from their premises in Elmstead Market since 1967. In 1985 we began trading as PVCu window and door manufacturers and installers. We have always been very much a family business.
    Dad (Tony) had been involved in the building industry for over 60 years, joining his dad Bill and elder brother Derek straight from school.
    Eldest son Jeff joined him straight from school and is still a very active installer whilst heading our installation teams. Youngest son Rick and daughter Sam run the office and Mum, Jackie, is always around to answer the phone (and make the coffee!!)
    We have all worked together now for years - mostly harmoniously! All of our installations are overseen by Rick or Jeff, again ensuring that this sometimes tricky area is well catered for.
    We have no commission based sales staff, and almost all clients will discuss their requirements with Jeff or Rick, and neither will ever apply any sales pressure. The whole culture of our company is one of customer satisfaction and the loyalty this brings.
