    Celebrating 40 years of business the group has seen many changes in industry, locations and workforce. Retiring Colleagues’ opened the door for new faces joining the team and the aim for the groups 250 plus employees to be made up from 10% of apprentices became a reality. Charlie Chough became a real life company mascot and visited many local events promoting the companies anniversary grants of £400 to 40 community groups and organisations within Cornwall. Colleagues adjusted to the merging of two branches and the closure of the Warminster branch with unwavering optimism, commitment and enthusiasm as the group looked ahead to its next smashing chapter.
