    About Us

    Clearglaze started from humble beginnings by Roy and his daughter Suzy. The inspiration came from Roy working for a national company as a Sales manager, travelling up and down the country. He grew tired of the ethos behind our industry at that time Namely inflated prices, pressure selling, generally poor workmanship and virtually NO after care service.
    Roy knew he could offer more do better So, In 1980, Roy and Suzy opened the Shaftesbury Road showroom in Oldfield Park Bath. With a simple mission – to provide free, friendly, expert advice to customers. With zero pressure, no deposits and no pushy salespeople,. Just genuine hard working people imparting their knowledge and helping customers make an informed decision.
    Roy retired in 1985 and so Suzy took the helm and continued to grow the business, in the same vain.
    Clearglaze started with just one installation team, led by Roger (now the Clearglaze Service engineer, 40 years later).
